As per the directive of Mr. President Jokowi, it has been decided that from March 7th 2022, Bali will be testing an inbound non-quarantine program for fully vaccinated foreign travelers and those who already got the booster vaccine.

Ministry of Maritime and Investment Coordinator Luhut Binsar Panjaitan held a final meeting with the Minister of Tourism, Minister of Health, Minister of Foreign Affairs and the head of the National Disaster Management Agency. Finally, they have decided to lift travel restrictions for some countries.

Bali Gov. I. Wayan Koster has confirmed that Bali will lift its quarantine policy for international travelers by March 7th. “A zero quarantine policy will be put in place for travelers who plan to visit Indonesia via Bali,” Koster said on Friday, March 4th

Let us clarify that this program applies only to those who fly directly to Bali. Conditions for entry through Jakarta remain the same.

It is also reported that visas on arrival will become available again, but only for 23 countries: Australia, USA, UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Qatar, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Italy, New Zealand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Philippines

At the moment, we are still waiting for detailed information and the official statement from Immigration Indonesia.
