Circular No.16/2022 Concerning Regulation of Domestic Travel During Covid-19

For travelers by air, sea, land transportation using private or public vehicles, crossings, and intercity trains between regions throughout Indonesia follow these rules:

✔️ For travelers who have received the third dose of vaccination (booster) are not required to show a negative result of the RT-PCR test or rapid antigen test;
⠀
✔️ For travelers who have received the second dose of vaccination, must show a negative result of the antigen rapid test taken within 1 x 24 hours or a negative result of the RTPCR test taken within 3 x 24 hours before departure;

✔️ For travelers who have received the first dose of vaccination only must show a negative result of the RT-PCR taken within 3 x 24 hours before departure;

✔️ For travelers with special health conditions or comorbid diseases that prevent travelers from receiving vaccinations, must show a negative result of the RT-PCR taken within a maximum period of 3 x 24 hours before departure and attach a doctor’s certificate from a Government Hospital stating that the person is unable to take part in the COVID-19 vaccination; or

✔️ Travelers under 6 y.o. are excluded from vaccination rules and not required to show a negative result of the RT-PCR test or rapid antigen test, but are obliged to carry out travel with a travel companion who has complied with the COVID-19 vaccination rules.
