The Indonesian authorities have again changed the rules for traveling within the country.
DOMESTIC TRAVELLING RULES
Travelers by air, sea, land transportation using private or public vehicles, crossings, and intercity trains between regions throughout Indonesia should follow these rules:
- Travelers who have received the third dose of vaccination (booster) are NOT required to show a negative result of the PCR test; ⠀
- Travelers, who have received the second or first dose of vaccination, must show a negative result of the PCR test made 3 x 24hrs before departure; ⠀
- Travelers with special health conditions or comorbid diseases that prevent travelers from receiving vaccinations, must show a negative result of the PCR test made 3 x 24hrs before departure and attach a doctor’s certificate from the Hospital stating that the person is unable to take part in the COVID-19 vaccination; ⠀
- Foreigner travelers under 18 y.o. who have received the second dose of vaccination are NOT required to show a negative result of the PCR test or Rapid antigen test; Non vaccinated foreigner travelers under 18 y.o. must show result of the PCR test 3 x 24hrs or Rapid antigen test 24hrs.
