Circular No. IMI-0093.KU.01.03 /2022 From Dirjen Imigrasi Concerning Implementation of Types and Rates of Non-Tax State Revenue In Stay Permit Services

a. Granting extension of Visit Stay Permit for maximum period 60 days to foreigners holding Visit Stay Permits originated from single entry visit visa with the following conditions:
(1) Extension is given maximum 2 times consecutive.
(2) Total stay permit for Foreigners is maximum 180 days with the following details:

Stay permit: Visit Stay Permits originated from single entry visit visa
Period: 60 days
Description: Given through eVisa

Stay permit: First Extension of Visit Stay Permits for 60 days
Period: 60 days
Description: Given through immigration office

Stay permit: Second Extension of Visit Stay Permits for 60 days
Period: 60 days
Description: Given through immigration office

(3) Applications for extension of Visit Stay Permit for foreigner cannot be granted if the entire stay permit to be more than 180 days.

(4) First extension of Visit Stay Permits for 60 days shall be done by conducting biometric recording and price Rp. 2,000,000 in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation No. 9/ 2022.

b. Granting extension of the Visit Stay Permit only 1 time for a period of time maximum of 30 days for foreigners holding Visit Stay Permit originated from the Visa On Arrival with the price of IDR 500,000 based on Government Regulation No.28/2019.

c. Implementing the procedures and mechanisms for Alih status/ transfer status of Stay Permit in accordance with the regulations;

Circular comes into force starting May 12, 2022, until further notice.
