What is Second Home Visa?
Second Home Visa gives the right to stay in the country for 5 or 10 years (subject to all conditions) and engage in various activities that are not related to work.
Also, “Second Home” visa holder can sponsor family (permit for followers) with the same period as the visa validity.
Who Are Eligible To Apply For a Second Home Visa?
The Second home visa is for specific foreign nationals and former Indonesian citizens who wish to stay and make a positive contribution to the Indonesian economy.
Main Requirements
- Passport validity min 36 months;
- Proof of funds in the form of an Indonesian bank account owned by a foreigner of at least IDR 2 billion* OR proof of ownership of luxury real estate in Indonesia.
* Second Home VISA holders can use the money in their bank account, provided that upon the immigration office’s request, they are able to provide a current balance statement of at least Rp. 2 billion again.
