Starting from March 1st, 2023, Indonesia’s Ministry of Health officially transformed Peduli Lindungi, an application launched to combat the spread of COVID-19, into SATUSEHAT Mobile.
Those who already have an account in PeduliLindung App just need to update the application through the Play Store or App Store. Once users have agreed to the terms on SATUSEHAT Mobile, they need to log in to the system using their registered mobile phone number or email. Participant profiles and COVID-19 vaccination certificates will be automatically synchronized.
If you are a new user, you need first download and install the application:
You can register on the app via email or mobile phone number (this must be a local Indonesians number). You will go through the standard verification procedure with a verification code that will be sent to your email (the message should come immediately, if this did not happen, then check your SPAM folder) or via WhatsApp.
After completing the registration, all you need to do is fill out your personal data (profile).
Uploading a vaccination certificate to the App is optional now. You can always show a hard copy if required.
If you would like to upload your certificate to the app, you can do so from the main menu.
In addition to the features that existed in Peduli Lindungi, such as COVID-19 vaccination, antigen and PCR test results, and scanning of QR codes during registration, the application will have a section called “Health Diary,” where users can record their notes on their health condition and body parameters such as height, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar level, and pulse. The application will also store data on analyses and all received vaccinations, not only for COVID-19. In other words, the new application will encompass health and medicine as a whole.
I travel to Indonesia on April 19 and I have the Satusehat app on my phone but it is not working. It won’t even open the app. What do I do?

Satusehat Mobile is not working, will not let me register any details. If it is mandatory requirement do you think it could be stable. I have tried to lodge with both email and phone numbers and it says I have tried 5 times and keep trying – not a very reliable APP connsidering it is mandatory!

Unfortunately the app doesn’t work. I have encountered the Same problems that others have experienced and cannot get the upgrade button to activate. Is the use of this app still a requirement to enter Bali? If yes, how are the issues of them non working app addressed.
We want to have a vacation in Bali this 4/12/3023, but your Setusehat is hard to process. I even went to the INDO Embassy but your staff , very unaccomodating and said just go to the internet. Many people including me are having a hard time. What kind of tourism àttitude to you have !!! We will just cancel our airline,hotel bookings. We lost money for the cancellation just because of your Satusehat. We will tell our friends not to go to Indo.
I ROMUALDO A. CORTES, commented earlier my desperations regarding SATUSEHAT. That its hard to access. That i will discourage friends from going to Indo. I RETRACT my words. I called the Indo Embassy 9:00 am today April 5 and i was assisted and assured by the Indonesian gentleman staff i will be assisted by authorities at the BI upon entering accessing Satusehat. We will proceed wt our trip to Bali. GODBLESS.
Hello. I am having the same problem you had with the app. Was it ok for you to just show up in the Indonesian airport without it? Did they assist you? I am leaving for Bali in 3 days so I am very concerned. Thanks for your response and any advice.

I am having trouble getting the app to display in English it is impossible for me to fill out . I have my vaccination cards it’s impossible for me to operate that app is there another option
when you open the app you hit “masuk e aplikasi” on the bottom. on the next screen it says “Bahasa” on the top right. hit that and you’ll be able to change to English. That’s about as far as I got.. haha.
Did you ever figure out how to get the app in English? In having the same issue.

Satusehat wat een ellende. Ik heb 5 uur geprobeerd mijn nl documenten te laden in deze app maar je zit in een loop die in herhalingen valt. Wat een lekker gevoel voor je op reis gaat dat je misschien hel land niet in komt. KLM weet over deze app en zwijgt naar hun klanten. Uw eigen verantwoording zeggen ze. Ook lachen die app die zomaar naar de indonesische taal overgaat.
Help, your app lets me input all my details but then when I submit it tells me to reload the page and all information is gone. Whynis this happening
The app will not let me register
When I entered my name on Satusehat i did it incorrectly, not realising that my surname should be first followed by my first and middle names. I then entered all my vaccination information as required with all documentation.
It came back as rejected as my passport information was incorrect. It told me to go back and make correction/revision. I need to change so my surname comes first. I have tried to edit my profile page at least 10 times and I pressed save. Each time it tells me the change has been saved. But when I go back to check it hasn’t made the changes so I it is saying I am unvaccinated with RED code. I am vaccinated 4 times and I don’t know how I go about making changes. I can’t find a way to delete my profile and start again. The app refuses anything I try to do as my mobile number and passport numbe are already registered on my profile. Please help. I am travelling to Indonesia in a couple of weeks.

Way to deter tourism! An awful, malfunctioning app – how has anyone entered Indonesia since this atrocity became mandatory? Clicking Bahasa changes the form to English but it reverts back to Bahasa on several pages. What good will this serve anyway??

My trip to Indonesia was canceled for Indonesia because I didn’t have app on my phone. Now, I have the app but didn’t work. I already lost my money for my Garuda ticket. And my american airline didn’t want to refund my money. They credit it for one year. I am not very happy. I need to find out how to update my full name same with my passport. I have entered full name but only First and Last name. The middle name won’t display. I will not be too happy if I lose all of my money for the ticket because app doesn’t work.
