WHAT IS REQUIRED
Mandatory Documents:
- Original passport (will be retained from the appointment date until 21 days after). Make sure there is a signature column and provide copies of the front page and the most recent stamps.
- Scan of old passport (if any)
- Scan of National ID (KTP)
- Scan of Family Card (KK)
For married/divorced individuals: Scan of marriage or divorce certificate.
For employees: Headed paper company’s original approved letter should report: full name of applicant, job position of applicant, salary, indication of the number of vacation days, company stamp, signature of manager, full address of company, telephone number of company, letter’s date of issue must be within 30 days before date of submission + latest 3 months pay slips. Should be written in English and addressed to the Embassy of the Netherlands in Jakarta.
For students: Certificate of enrollment (in English).
For infants: Additional scan of the birth certificate. Print out local and foreign bank statement of the last 3 months with original stamped by the bank around 40.000.000 – 70.000.000 IDR and updated to maximum 1 month before date of submission with stable transactions, name of the applicant shown on the statement must be the same as on passport, accounts with positive balance only, no business accounts. It is mandatory there’s no sudden influx of funds.
- Hotel booking confirmation (possible to book via Agoda or Booking.com as they can offer free cancellation and paylater)
- Copy of flight ticket booking (will help to make a dummy booking for the visa application process)
- Copy of travel insurance. Kindly text us to get the list of insurance that acceptable for applying Schengen visa
If There’s an Invitation:
- Scan of the inviter’s passport.
- Scan of Invitation letter.
- Sponsorship form from Gemente (Bewijs Van Garantstelling).
- Inviter’s bank statement for the last 3 month (if any)
No refund process if the application rejected from the embassy.
