Information about regulations and emergency visas

1. If your visa (Free stamp, VOA, Type 211) expires during the quarantine time you will get extension visa automatically in system, not have stamp inside passport. An automatic visa is valid only during quarantine (The Government has extended the state of emergency visa until 29 May 2020)

 * If your stay permit still can be extended, you will be allowed to apply for a stay permit extension after the state of emergency status is declared over
 
2. We also can help you with an emergency visa stamp for 30 days, in case your current visa already expired and not possible to extend it anymore. This type of force major visa, we do an extension on the system, and inside your passport which is you have the stamp of valid visa.

4. All telex issued since 1st January 2020 and not used by applicants due to quarantine can still be activated again for 60 days.

5. All Kitas expired during a pandemic can be extended after a pandemic over

6. All kitas and kitap (who are in the position of a person abroad) expired during the pandemic are still valid for entry into Indonesia after the pandemic and can be extended

7. All visas issued by the Embassy of Indonesia since January 2020 and not used by applicants due quarantine can still be activated again for 90 days.

ABOUT THE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ENTRANCE FOR FOREIGNERS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
 
Temporarily prohibit all foreigners from entering/transiting within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia
 
Exception for:
  1. Foreigners who hold an Indonesian Temporary Stay Permit (KITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit (ITAS)
  2. Foreigners who hold an Indonesian Diplomatic Visa or Service Visa
  3. Foreigners who hold an Indonesian Diplomatic Stay Permit or Service Stay Permit
  4. Medical, food, and humanitarian aid support workers
  5. The crew of means transport
  6. People whose travel is associated with essential work for national strategic projects such as infrastructure or construction
Foreigners who get an exception to enter the Indonesian territory must provide the following requirements:
  1. Health certificate in English issued by their local government’s health authority;
  2. The foreigners must have stayed for 14 days in areas which not affected by COVID-19 outbreak before entering, evidenced by an immigration stamp or boarding pass
  3. A statement of willingness to enter quarantine for 14 days in facilities provided by the Indonesian government
 This regulation comes into force on April 2, 2020.
