Electronic Visa On Arrival (e-VOA)

Currently, citizens from 93 countries can get Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) to visit Indonesia with the purposes of tourism, governmental duties, business talks, goods purchasing, participation in meetings, or transit.

Single-entry e-VOA is valid for 30 days and can be extended one time for 30 days online through the Indonesia Immigration official website or directly in the Immigration Office. So you can stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 60 days in total, after that you must leave the country.

How can I get e-VOA?

You can apply for eVOA by yourself through the official website of Immigration Indonesia. If you would like to save your time or have any problems with the application, we will be happy to help you with this process.

Once the eVOA is issued, you have 90 days to enter Indonesia with this visa. The day of arrival is the first day of validity of the visa.

What Is Required:

  • Photo of your passport (valid for at least 6 months);
  • A color photo with Red / White Background;
  • Ticket to Indonesia (if you already have it);
  • Address in Indonesia;
  • Email, phone number.

❗Attention! System errors, new visa regulations from the Indonesian government, etc. may change visa processing times or rules of obtaining and country entry regulations.

❗Passport must be given for an eVOA extension at the Immigration 1-2 weeks before the date of visa expiry (first 30 days after entering Indonesia).

eVOA holders cannot apply for a new Stay Permit inside the country. If you would like to stay in Indonesia more than 60 days you can get a Long Term eVisa 211A

eVOA Extension Service

For visa extension, you need to bring your passport to any of our offices 1-2 weeks before your current visa expires (first 30 days), and we will take care of all the paperwork. You will need to show up at the Immigration only once for fingerprints

If you have obtained an eVOA yourself, you can extend it online through your molina.imigrasi.go.id account, but please make sure you complete the entire process correctly to avoid an overstay.

We extend all visas only through Immigration office directly (!)

HOW TO PROCESS:

  1. Your passport will be submitted to Immigration on the next business day after we receive it from you
  2. You will be invited for fingerprints in 4-6 business days. Our manager will inform you one day in advance via WhatsApp and send detailed instruction
  3. You need to visit Immigration for fingerprints to the day appointed.
  4. Your passport will be ready in 4-6 business days after fingerprints. You will get the confirmation from our managers. You can pick up your passport yourself or use the free courier service (Bukit, Canggu, Kuta areas only).

What happens if you overstay your visa in Bali?
