From 1 August 2026, new government fees will apply to a range of legal and administrative services in Indonesia. The changes are introduced under Government Regulation No. 30 of 2026 (PP No. 30 of 2026).
The regulation revises the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) fees charged for services provided by Indonesia’s Ministry of Law. The updated fees may affect the cost of company incorporation, corporate amendments, trademark matters, and other legal procedures.
In response to these changes in government fees, Bali Business Consulting will also adjust the prices of the affected services.
What Will Change from 1 August 2026
PP No. 30 of 2026 replaces the previous fee structure established under Government Regulation No. 45 of 2024.
Once the new regulation takes effect, updated government fees will be included in the cost of relevant legal and registration procedures. For businesses, this may mean higher expenses for corporate services and intellectual property matters.
The changes may affect:
- Foreign-owned companies (PT PMA)
- Indonesian-owned companies (PT PMDN)
- Representative offices of foreign companies

The new fees may apply both to the incorporation of new businesses and to subsequent changes involving existing companies.
