WHAT IS REQUIRED

3. Izin Usaha
4. Izin Lokasi / SKTU
5. Director’s ID/passport
6. ID of the employee in the company
7. Company letterhead with address, email, phone number, and stamp

3. Printed current KITAS (PDF File)
EPO can be submitted up to 7 days before the flight date. Immigration will stamp your passport based on the flight ticket date to close the KITAS.
Processing time does not include system errors or public holidays.
