How to receive an Entertainment Kitas
Our company Bali Business Consulting is ready to provide sponsorship and assist in obtaining Freelance Kitas, including obtaining a multiple entry permit.
Company Sponsor documents will be provided by our agency.
Personal Documents needed (possible in scan):
- Address in Bali
- Scan of passport (minimum validity 18 months)
- Reference letter min 5 years
- Bachelor degree in English
- Insurance (any kind)
- Photo with red background 3×4
- Bank statement min 21,000,000 IDR (equals to $1500)
- Name of your occupation
- Vaccination certificate

The full process of obtaining an Offshore Entertainment (Freelancer) KITAS takes about 2-2.5 months.
Important note: E-Visa is an approval letter to enter Indonesia. Kitas is a temporary stay permit that you will get after the process of reporting E-Visa to immigration after your arrival to Indonesia.
STEPS OF PROCESS:
- Recommendation letter process at BKPM. The process takes 7-10 working days.
- Company registration and submission of RPTKA (placement of employee). The process takes 7-14 working days
- Work permit process (Notification). The process takes 7-10 working days
- Tax government billing payment (need to be paid in 3 days). Amount of $1200 should be paid by customer in USD in advance to avoid delay of process.
- eVisa process. The process takes 7-10 working days. Customer should enter Indonesia within 90 days from the date when eVisa is issued.
- After arrival to Indonesia, customer needs to bring their original passport to our office ASAP to report eVisa to Immigration. Processing at immigration takes 2-3 weeks; customer is required to visit Immigration for photo and fingerprints. This is the final stage when Kitas will be ready and passport will be returned to the customer.
Extension and closing of Entertainment KITAS
This visa is not extendable. If you want to continue to work, you need to close the current Kitas and apply for a new one.
If you do not plan to work anymore, you also need to close KITAS and leave Indonesia if you are there in 7 days.
FYI (!) You will not be able to apply for any type of Indonesia visa until you close KITAS.
Entertainment Kitas Support Services
- Entertainment KITAS (Badung, Denpasar Area) 12,000,000 IDR* + Visa fee 150 USD
- Entertainment KITAS (all Indonesia) 17,000,000 IDR* + Visa fee 150 USD
- Government TAX 600 USD for 6 months
* The prices already include obtaining multiple entry permit
We need a minimum deposit of 50% to start the process (total amount + government tax $600). Deposit cannot be refunded in case the customer initiates the cancellation process.
