– Statement from government agency or private institution explaining that the installation and or repair of the machine must be carried out by the Foreigner concerned and cannot be represented/authorized to others

Once your visa is issued, you have 90 days to enter Indonesia on this visa. The day of arrival is the first day your visa is valid.
