The Investor KITAP is a Permanent Stay Permit tailored for foreign investors actively contributing to Indonesia’s economy. The Investor KITAP grants investors a five-year visa with the option to renew indefinitely. This ensures stability and uninterrupted opportunities for conducting business in Indonesia.

Eligibility for an Investor KITAP
To qualify, applicants must be shareholders of a PT PMA and must have held Investor KITAS status for at least 4 consecutive years prior to applying for the Investor KITAP.
If you have not held an Investor KITAS for 4 years, you are not eligible to apply for the Investor KITAP. In this case, your first step would be to apply for an Investor KITAS.

Please note: The process needs to start 3 months before the current KITAS expires.
Requirements:
- Own a PMA (foreign investment) company in Indonesia with a minimum share capital of IDR 15,000,000,000 per person as a director/commissioner.
- Hold a higher position as a KITAS holder for a minimum of 4 years in the same company.
- After obtaining the KITAP, you need to make a personal KTP and KK (additional charge IDR 3,000,000).
- Inspection of the office site by immigration and verification of the number of employees in the company. All Indonesian employees are required to have BPJS Tenaga Kerja and Kesehatan.
Company Documents (scan copies):
- Akta notary, SK Kemenhumham, NIB, Izin Usaha, Izin Lokasi / SKTU, NPWP (tax card company)
- KTP/ID of all local employees of the company and their tax number NPWP
- ID/passport of shareholder
- Company letterhead with address, email, phone number, and stamp

- Passport minimum validity 34 months
- SKTT with NIK number
- Photo with any background (passport size)
- All KITAS from 1st until 4th
