Business Registration

PT PMA is the main license regulating foreign investors’ activities. It is suitable for projects of any size and investors do not face any limits in their inceptions. Setting up requires a closer look at the Indonesia-based ownership regulations due to the range of limitations.

Opening a representative office is the fastest and also the easiest way of getting a legal and market presence in Indonesia. Despite having more limitations compared to limited liability companies, it also has its advantages.

KITAS & KITAP

Remote Worker KITAS E33G is issued for a duration of 1 year, allowing you to reside in Indonesia while working for a foreign company online.

Indonesia’s Second Home Visa is the Limited Stay Permit (ITAS), which gives the right to stay in the country for 5 or 10 years (subject to all conditions) and engage in various nonwork related activities such as investing, tourism visits, and retirement.

Investor Kitas (Types 313 and 314) is issued to applicants who are investing in a PT  PMA company in Indonesia. You can obtain two types of Investor Kitas:
Index 313 1-year KITAS or Index 314 2-year KITAS

If you would like to work or obtain income in Indonesia, you have to get a Work Visa KITAS that allows foreign citizens to work officially in the country. Work Kitas also allows the holders to open bank accounts, get a medical insurance, pay taxes, buy car or motorbike etc.

Student visa can be obtained for those planning to study in Indonesia. Before applying for a student visa, an applicant must be officially enrolled in an educational institution or accepted into an educational program.

Retirement Visa KITAS Index 319 is a temporary residence permit that is issued to applicants older than 55 years for 1 year with the possibility of extending up to 5 years. After 5 years, you will be entitled to apply for a KITAP – a permanent stay permit.

This visa can be obtained by foreigners married to Indonesian citizens or by spouses of  KITAS index 312/319 visa holders. This visa is issued on the following conditions:

eVisa 211A is the best choice for those who are looking long term visa to come to Bali with a tourism purpose. Single-entry eVisa 211A is valid for 60 days and can be extended 2 times for 60 days each time.

Business eVisa D2 can be issued for 1, 2 or 5 years and allows you to stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days at a time, extendable 2 times for 60 days each time

Single-entry e-VOA is valid for 30 days and can be extended one time for 30 days online through the Indonesia Immigration official website or directly in the Immigration Office.

For visa extension, you need to bring your passport to any of our offices 1-2 weeks before your current visa expires, and we will take care of all the paperwork. You will need to show up at the Immigration only once for fingerprints.

Business Visa gives you the right to negotiate, sign contracts, participate in conferences and workshops, make connections with partners and suppliers, arrange export shipments, and control your investment projects (such as buying property or lands).

This visa is valid for 30 days and can be extended once in Immigration office for another 30 days, so it let the holder stay in Indonesia for maximum 60 days.
